Congratulations to the 58 finishers of the third run of POSE Fundamentals Self-Paced Training.
The third run was officially launched through a hybrid session held on May 21. The participants took the self-paced courses from June 1 to July 31.
As of July 31, 2025, a total of 153 prosecutors and law enforcement officers have been successfully equipped through POSE Fundamentals Self-Paced Training with a strong legal foundation, fundamental investigative skills, and trauma-informed mindset.
National Coordination Center against OSAEC and CSAEM Executive Director, DRP Barbara Mae Flores, acknowledged the significance of this capacity building effort in her keynote message during the closing session:
This training... is a reminder that the threats we face today, especially in the digital space, require us to constantly adapt and level up. OSAEC and CSAEM are evolving quickly, using new tools and new tactics. We must respond with just as much strategy, speed, and innovation.
As the session came to an end, Atty. Nelisa Guevara-Garcia addressed the participants, "I am filled with deep gratitude and renewed hope. Gratitude—for your time, your commitment, and your courage to stand at the frontlines of justice. Hope—for the future we are building together, one where every child is safe, and every perpetrator is held accountable."
