To support all IJM sanctioned activities by transporting staff and/or goods from the office to their different points of destination in a safe and timely manner.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the National Director’s (ND) work which includes providing day-to-day clerical and administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions

Responsible for coordinating the communications to execute OSEC strategies specifically constituent visits, public events, social media and partnership engagements

Provides support in administering, planning, coordinating the daily operations, and accurately fulfilling IJM and Grant Accounting functions regarding budget and compliance issues for both grants and restricted funds

Supports the development and implementation of capacity-building, performance management, data privacy, and employee engagement initiatives

Cultivates strategic partnerships with key power actors in the national government, identify and participate in networks, coalitions, movements, and other associations that have the potential to support or complement IJM’s strategic objectives
